Takes assignments from Journalists. Assists writing team by providing GPOSEs or other photo media from within FFXIV. Collaborate with Journalists and be flexible with clients to arrange photoshoots when needed. Equipped with color enhancing shaders and proficient in custom pose software of choice. Has the ability to see modded clients and provides customer service for client special requests. Reports to Executive Manager.
Department Mentor - 1m Gil per Mentorship
Position to be held by an employee seasoned in their department. Imparts knowledge and hands-on training to interns over a 1-month publication cycle. Reports to Department Lead.
Lead Editor - 1m Gil/month
Responsible for oversight of the writing department including; Junior Journalists, Journalists, Editors, and Writing Interns. Reports to Executive Manager.
Lead Graphic Designer - 1m Gil/month
Responsible for oversight of the design department including; Junior Designers, Designers, and Design Interns. Reports to Executive Manager.
Public Relations Specialist - 1m Gil/month
Responsible for representing and creating a positive public image for the brand. Helps ensure brand consistency, plans and drives marketing and community outreach campaigns, helps maintain social media presence, and assists writing staff in generating leads and interview candidates. Reports to Operations Manager.
HR Specialist - 1m Gil/month
Responsible for hiring, new employee orientation, training, and retention. Interviews applicants, holds staff orientations, and oversees employee training and mentorship programs. Reports to Operations Manager.
Web Developer - 15m Gil/Month
Responsible for oversight of the media team, website design, maintenance, testing, coding, and scripting. Reports to Editor-in-Chief.
Operations Manager - 2m Gil/month
Responsible for oversight of the Public Relations and Human Resources Departments. Assists in general day-to-day operations of the brand. Reports to Editor-in-Chief.
